Lauren Scruggs is the Data and Monitoring Manager at City Cancer Challenge (C/Can), where she is responsible for the data management process to track the progress of the implementation of C/Can’s transformational framework and the implementation of Cities Programmes. Lauren supports organisation-level monitoring and reporting of city progress and leads the configuration and management of C/Can’s project management software. 

Lauren holds an MSc from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM) and has a background in maternal and child nutrition. She has worked with organisations such as Alive & Thrive and Nourish Global Nutrition/UNICEF DRC. Lauren is passionate about leveraging high-quality, accurate data to make informed decisions that drive meaningful improvements in cancer care in low- and middle-income countries.
