Carmen Palta is an oncology consultant and health project leader at Fundación ProPacífico for Colombia. With more than 16 years of experience, she has worked in the development and implementation of health and social programmes at regional and national levels. She is a sustainability partner of City Cancer Challenge (C/Can) in Cali, focused on ensuring the implementation and evaluation of projects. Carmen is a nurse and holds a Master’s degree in Epidemiology and Health Services Management. Her work seeks to improve equitable access to cancer care in the region.
