Patricia Tum is a global health specialist and PRINCE2-certified Project Manager with experience in health systems strengthening, programme management, and stakeholder engagement. As the City Manager for Nairobi at City Cancer Challenge (C/Can), she leads multi-sectoral initiatives aimed at improving access to quality cancer care, working closely with the Ministry of Health, Nairobi County, healthcare providers, academic institutions, patient groups, and other partners.
Before joining C/Can, she worked with the World Bank Group, supporting the development and implementation of national mental health and non-communicable disease strategies. She has also held research and programme management roles at Queen Mary University of London, London South Bank University, and the Kenya Medical Research Institute, contributing to community-based interventions and health systems research.
Patricia is currently pursuing a PhD in Healthcare Management at Strathmore University and holds an MSc in Global Public Health and Policy from Queen Mary University of London and a BSc in Biochemistry from the University of Manitoba.
