Leandro Duarte is the City Manager in Rosario for the City Cancer Challenge Foundation (C/Can). He leads initiatives to strengthen cancer care in the city, collaborating with various stakeholders to improve cancer diagnosis and treatment services. Recently, it coordinated a needs assessment involving more than 120 local experts, identifying key areas for improvement in technical equipment, human resources and access barriers.
