Dr Herdee Gloriane C. Luna is a medical oncologist, researcher, and cancer control advocate with over 15 years of experience in oncology practice and research. She supports evidence-based, patient-centred cancer care through research, policy development, and multisector collaboration.

Passionate about health equity and patient-centred care, Dr Luna has led programs that strengthen early cancer detection, promote research and innovation, and improve access to quality cancer services. 

She collaborates with local and international partners to translate scientific evidence into practical and scalable solutions that improve cancer care delivery.
