Sachin Salim is the Strategic Development Manager with Accelerator Hub at City Cancer Challenge (C/Can). At C/Can, he drives new funding and country partnerships while advancing the scalability of C/Can’s city-led model.

He brings over 14 years of experience in health system strategy, market access, and multi-stakeholder partnership design across complex healthcare markets in Asia, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Prior to joining C/Can, Sachin held senior market access and partnership roles at Novartis, AstraZeneca, and Roche, where he led cross-functional teams designing payor engagement strategies, health financing structures, and public-private partnerships across oncology, rare disease, and chronic disease portfolios, including partnerships spanning multi-payor ecosystems.

Sachin is a pharmacist by training and holds a Master’s in Management from NMIMS Mumbai. He has co-authored publications in Global Health and contributed to health financing white papers on sustainable funding models for rare diseases.
