Derrick Z. Chan holds a dual role at C/Can as Programme Manager (Asia) for Impact Scaling and Tools and Systems Manager within the Global Programme Unit. He provides programmatic support to C/Can’s newly established Impact Scaling Programme, which seeks to connect and empower local leaders to collaborate on city-level Breast Cancer Action Planning. In his role within the Global Programme Unit, he supports the identification, prioritisation, development and refinement of tools required for the implementation of C/Can’s transformational framework (CEPF).

With a background in health psychology and extensive experience in health project management and policy implementation, Derrick previously served as a City Manager in C/Can Network City: Greater Petaling. He has been invited to contribute to local and regional dialogues aimed at advancing the cancer care agenda.
