Leandro Duarte is the City Manager in Rosario for the City Cancer Challenge (C/Can). Leandro is a medical oncologist with extensive experience in public health, management, and medical auditing. 

He has served as the coordinator of cancer programmes in the province of Santa Fe, Argentina, leading initiatives to improve cancer prevention, early detection, and treatment at the regional level. Additionally, he has played a key role in health policy management at the Cancer Control Agency, driving strategies to optimise resources and ensure equitable access to care. 

His career includes expertise in health technology assessment, medical auditing across various levels of the healthcare system, and epidemiological research on cancer, with a focus on efficiency, quality, and sustainability in oncology treatments. He leads initiatives with City Cancer Challenge to strengthen cancer care in the city, collaborating with various stakeholders to improve cancer diagnosis and treatment services.
