Reviewed by Experts and Context Relevant
Each solution in the library has been reviewed by a specialised taskforce of digital health experts, following a thorough application process. 5 out of 11 solutions were developed within LMICs to improve patient navigation and address the complexities of fragmented healthcare systems.
Digital Health Library Categories
The Digital Health Library is organised into four categories of digital tools, each addressing a specific need in cancer care.
Apps in this category provide cancer patients with accessible learning materials about their diagnosis, care options, and disease management, empowering them to make informed decisions about their health.
These tools assist in evaluating risk factors, signs, and symptoms of cancer before diagnosis. By improving early detection, they support timely interventions and better outcomes.
Solutions in this category enhance medical exchanges between patients and healthcare providers, fostering effective communication and strengthening patient-care relationships.
These apps streamline patient journeys within and between healthcare facilities, reducing delays and improving access to necessary services across fragmented systems.
