Cancer is a growing concern in Côte d’Ivoire, with over 21,000 new cases and 14,000 deaths in 2022. Abidjan joined C/Can in 2025 to take action to improve access to quality cancer care through local and global collaboration.

We co-create a strategic plan and a programme with each city driven by local priorities. Locally-led projects are executed and monitored to ensure lasting impact. When projects conclude, we support cities to sustain and accelerate their progress.
