Abubakari Jaliu is the Project Coordinator in Kumasi for the City Cancer Challenge Foundation (C/Can). In his role, he leads initiatives to improve cancer care in the city, collaborating with 38 health institutions to evaluate and strengthen cancer diagnostic and treatment services. Under his leadership, training programs for surgeons have been implemented and specialized equipment has been provided to local hospitals. In addition, he has been instrumental in expanding the Oncology Drug Access Preparedness Program in Kumasi, addressing critical gaps in the local health system.
