The profound challenges posed to health systems by the Covid-19 pandemic have accelerated the need for transformational change. The development of a new generation of adequately trained personnel, equipped to shape and build innovative health systems, is of the highest priority. This training must go beyond building new capacities and skills and mould a different type of healthcare sector leadership with an innovation mindset, which is essential to creating and sustaining change.
To contribute to the sustainability of the projects in the cities by strengthening the leadership mindset and power skills of C/Can project coordinators, City Executive Committees, and CET members who are responsible for leading change in the city and ensuring sustainability of actions.
